When Couples, Families, or Relatives Don't or Can't Settle Their Differences

Conflict can creep into any relationship. Disagreements can be attributed to multiple reasons ranging from who pays the bills to who cooks the kids’ breakfast. Couples may betray each other, revenge may be sought, old hurts may come up. We can’t expect people with different attitudes, principles, etc., to agree on everything all the time. Resolving conflict as it occurs is important so that the relationship remains healthy and intact.

Unfortunately, there are those who can’t resolve the conflict. They may have sought help through other means, such as counseling, but it hasn’t worked. They may find (This often leads to them finding) themselves in court (a court of law) relying on someone else to resolve their conflict.

When that happens, they NEED someone who WANTS to resolve the conflict regardless of race, religion, sex, political affiliation or the time that it takes to listen. They need someone who will listen but not become emotionally involved in their conflict. They need someone who doesn’t believe that she is the law but understands that it is her duty to objectively apply the law to the facts according to the law.

I am that person. If you agree that entrusting your conflict to the court requires a judge that will take the time to listen and objectively apply the law to the facts regardless of race, religion, sex, political affiliation or the time that it takes to listen…
